Mark Allright

Mark is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Directors. He has over 25 years’ experience working in finance, information technology, manufacturing, retail and FMCG sectors, with a proven ability in adding value to businesses and their owners.
During time with one of the top four accounting firms he helped business owners and their management teams develop and implement strategic plans, raise investment funding, improve operational performance and increase financial returns.

He has also advised and assisted on business acquisitions and divestments on all aspects of the process from opportunity identification, appraisal, deal structuring, due diligence, finance and settlement. He also has considerable experience in the operational management and implementation of systems post transaction, and with the management of contractual matters.

Following a further 10 years in large corporate CFO roles and working as an independent business consultant, Mark saw the opportunity to bring his finance experience to work with Link, the industry’s leading specialist business brokerage firm. In doing so to help business owners realise the maximum value for what could be their life’s work.

Outside of work Mark is a Trustee of a long-standing Charitable Trust which provides support to a wide range of community interests and in the weekends, he can be found on the side lines at his daughter’s cricket game or spinning the spanners for his son, Kart Racing.
