WHAT THE NEW CAPITAL WILL DELIVER:

• Stage 4 Asset Utilisation: Driving daytime bookings across Auckland's elite decile 9/10 local school catchment and corporate markets.

THE INVESTMENT TERMS:

• Seeking $2,000,000 for a 33% equity shareholding in GravityX Entertainment Limited.

• Single investor preferred, though multi-investor tranches may be accepted (minimum tranche: $250,000).

• Forecast EBITDA growing from break-even to $1.7m+ by Year 4.

• Targeted annual dividends of $500,000 per year from 2029 onwards.
