Growth Capital Investment Overview:

The following three investment options available to raise funds required:
   - Debt financing - Convertible note, 6% p.a. for the first 3 years, increasing to 12% p.a. in years 4-5. Minimum investment term: 5 years
   - Equity financing - 10% of shares for every $5m invested per respective project, with flexibility to extend up to 30% (maximum $15m investment for 30% equity)
   - Residency-linked (AIP visa growth category) - 2% p.a. return, minimum 3 years investment, aligned with Immigration NZ's $5m growth category, Active Investor Plus visa requirements
