Khush brings a strong track record of business success to the Kauri Business Sales team. Before moving to New Zealand in 2008, he founded and managed a highly successful banking and finance enterprise in India. His ambition to grow internationally led him to New Zealand, where he went on to establish and operate a thriving hospitality business, gaining valuable insight into the local commercial landscape.

Since becoming a qualified business broker in 2016, Khush has successfully completed over 100 business sales. His outstanding performance, professionalism, and deep commercial understanding have earned him a trusted reputation and a steady stream of referrals from satisfied clients. Prior to joining Kauri Business Sales, he was a top-performing broker within a major national brokerage firm and has received multiple awards recognising his excellence.

Highly respected across various ethnic communities in New Zealand, Khush is known for his integrity, expertise, and ability to build long‑standing relationships. His broad network and industry experience give both buyers and sellers confidence throughout the business sale process.

Outside of work, Khush enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children. A sports and fitness enthusiast, he stays active through cricket, badminton and promoting a healthy lifestyle for his family.
