Her career has spanned senior roles in organisations such as TVNZ, the Eden Park Trust Board, Manu Samoa Rugby Ltd, DB Breweries, Fay Richwhite, Ogilvy NZ and the Auckland Rescue Helicopter Trust. he has also served as President of the Variety Club of New Zealand and of the New Zealand National Party. Michelle is a member of the Northern Club, as well as the Remuera and Muriwai Golf Clubs.
