Clyth MacLeod Business Sales is run by the Managing Director Glorianne Campbell.
Glorianne joined Clyth MacLeod Limited in 1995 and prior to that she had a successful career owning and operating her own businesses for many years as well as a period as a supervisor with a leading supermarket chain.
Glorianne has always had a very strong focus within the hospitality industry and retail food. She has worked as a top salesperson for the Company (and combined this with looking after a family of five children). Glorianne has also completed the academic and experience requirements to become an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (AREINZ). She later went on to being awarded a Fellowship of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (FREINZ).
Passionate about the industry she has served on the Auckland District REINZ committee as a Committee Member and as a President and also currently serves on the Business Broker Sector Group for REINZ. She also serves on the Industry Advisor Group for the REA (Real Estate Authority) for business sales. Glorianne attends conferences on a regular basis in the USA and Australia and is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). She has also held a position in 2015, 2016 and 2017 as a Director on the Board for the IBBA based in the USA. In 2018 Glorianne was awarded a Fellowship of the IBBA.
She brings strong people and marketing skills to the Company and shares the Company's commitment to integrity in all dealings.
Glorianne is assisted in management by Tim McLaren.
Tim has completed all the necessary qualifications to obtain his Agents License for Real Estate in New Zealand. Tim is an actively involved business broker for Clyth MacLeod Business Sales and a key contributor to the on-going success of the Company. He has personally brokered and sold hundreds of businesses since he joined the Company in 2003.
He has a solid platform of experience and knowledge, together with his enthusiasm and energy, and this has resulted in Tim being the Top Salesperson at Clyth MacLeod Limited on a regular basis.
Glorianne is also most fortunate to have the on-going support of the Founder of our Company Clyth MacLeod.
Clyth is a Life Member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) and a Life Member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) in the USA. He has been selling businesses now for over 55 years and has been successfully involved in thousands of transactions. He is the most well respected Guru for Business Sales here in New Zealand, Australia and the USA.
Clyth founded the company and they are New Zealand's most experienced business brokerage with a reputation for integrity, a professional team, and excellent service.
Passionate about the industry he believes business ownership is the best investment offering the opportunity for independence, wealth creation, and personal growth. He walks the talk and he also owns a business valuation practice, a business transaction database company, a consultancy company.
Clyth has lectured extensively in New Zealand, the USA, and Australia and authored a number of texts. He has a fund of true life stories, recognises the need to constantly change and re-invest, believes in keeping it simple, and that business should be fun!
