Master franchisees receive established operating systems, brand standards, recipes, training, marketing resources, store-development guidance and ongoing support. Business Resources
Master franchisee receives comprehensive initial training, follow-up training and continuing operational guidance. Resources include licensed use of Smoothie Factory’s registered trademarks, operating manuals, recipes, product specifications, site-selection and store-design guidance, approved equipment standards, marketing artwork, opening assistance, quality-control systems and sub-franchise development procedures. Smoothie Factory International also provides ongoing brand, operational and marketing support, together with continued product development and system updates, as the master franchisee establishes stores and grows its regional franchise network.
Single Unit Franchisees receive all of the above with exception of sub-franchise development procedure support.
