We are seeking an exceptional Global Company Director/ shareholder to lead the international launch and growth of an innovative technology and social media business.

The business is preparing for a global launch within 16 weeks of you commencing, supported by an CEO, experienced IT, marketing and advisory team.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious, entrepreneurial executive to take a senior leadership role in a business with significant international commercial potential.

THE ROLE

As Global shareholder and Company Director, you will be responsible for:

1. Leading the business globally and overseeing its international expansion on the Board.
2. Managing and coordinating global marketing and management team on the Board of directors.
3. The launch of the APP and associated products and services within 16 weeks.
4. Developing and executing the global marketing and commercial strategy on the Board.
5. Our CEO is Managing 8 Global Regional Managers across:
6. USA
7. Asia-Pacific
8. Middle East
9. South America
10. Europe
11. Each Regional Manager will oversee approximately 10 local affiliate marketing managers.
12. Working with the New Zealand-based Social Media Manager to coordinate global content, promotion and APP awareness.
13. Building strategic partnerships and commercial relationships internationally.
14. Making senior executive and commercial decisions on behalf of the business.
15. Working closely with the founders, directors, IT team and strategic advisors.
16. Establishing scalable systems for global growth, marketing and revenue generation.

THE BUSINESS

Our technology and social media platform has been developed around a significant commercial opportunity, with products and services designed for a potentially very large international market.

The business has a dedicated IT team and experienced advisors in marketing and management who will provide support, guidance and training on the Board.

No software development background is required.

The successful candidate's primary responsibility will be leadership, management, commercial strategy and global execution on The Board.

A detailed information package will be provided to shortlisted candidates following execution of an appropriate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

You do not need to be an IT specialist. The business has an IT team and advisors to support the CEO and business.

FINANCIAL & COMMERCIAL OPPORTUNITY

The role offers the potential for significant executive remuneration and participation in the commercial success of the business.

Anticipated annual returns are projected at approximately US$1.2 million–US$1.6 million pre-tax, subject to the final structure, performance and commercial results of the business.

You will be expected to demonstrate that they have the financial capacity.
