The Amazing Travelling Photobooth began 14 years ago when its founder was itching for a new adventure, and boy has he had some! From Prime Ministers of all colours to movie stars and athletes - our booths have attended 1000's of weddings, premieres, launches and work parties. And now it's time for new adventures and challenges.
Our photo booths are designed by EX Weta Workshop industrial engineer and crafted, engineered and built in Wellington. Except for the Caravan.
Photo booths require very little starting knowledge of photography, but a willingness to learn will get you everything you need. A passion for people is essential. As is a good deal of energy to hustle, and a bit of brains to manage schedules and software. This business would complement an entrepreneurial couple with strengths in all these departments, seeking to level up their lifestyle, and have a ball doing it.
We spent some years building this business up and operated it 9 cities around New Zealand! More recently, we have kept it manageable with the demands of our families and other careers. It has been an excellent supplement to our incomes, and when structured as a part time job, it can reward you handsomely. It has all the potential for the a fulltime enterprise if you have what it takes.
