We cater for New Zealand vehicles only, and at present have some 40 vehicles on our books spread throughout the country. We do not buy and sell vehicles and dont have a warehouse full of vehicles. We have no real stock apart from some books. Computer based and a good computer knowledge is essential. Good customer communication is essential from talking to clients, texting, and emailing. From feedback Rushmore has an excellent reputation. We have no opposition, surprisingly.
We hold a large ever-growing database of NZ prospective customers, plus a Facebook presence which works well and a Mailchimp account for mass emailing to all the data base, with widespread advertising in the Vintage Car Clubs 'Beaded Wheels' magazine.
We market in many websites around the world with Austraila being the best prospect for buying vehicles. We obtain inquiries from all over the world from such countries as Saudi Arabia, Ireland, USA, Greenlend, Mexico etc. Trademe is used in some cases with clients approval.
All prospective vendors are emailed the Rushmore 'Terms and Conditions' and 'Listing Guidelines' which show how we operate.

The business has been in operation for around 40 years with part of that time under another business name. Now with a worsening health problem which hinders me operating the business considerably and resulting in a lower turnover for the last few years. Medical records can be shown if requested.
