We design and project manage the building of long term rental units from our Manawatu hub. We have LBP partners around NZ for construction, also have a contract with an investor group for funding. We need local Property Managers to go onto available sites and gather information that we can't easily collect online. When a development meets our criteria, we put in an offer and carry out due diligence. Successful plans get funded, the land purchased, and building underway. We'll have a number of rental applicants already on hand, and give you a short list to meet and assess. You then become their property manager. We want long term tenants who will treat the rentals like their own.

We provide business cards, full one on one training. access to our management system, and develop an initial 12 month personalised business plan with $100k+ as your earnings target, and growing passive rental commission earnings. You receive a healthy percentage of every development's project management fee, and an ongoing 7% of weekly rent collected. The legal structure is that of an exclusive territory agency agreement.
