We design and project manage the building of long term rental units from our Manawatu hub. We have LBP partners around NZ for construction, also have an exclusive contract with an investor group for funding. We need local Property Managers to go onto available sites and gather information that we can't easily collect online. When a development meets our criteria, we put in an offer and carry out due diligence for our investor committee. Successful plans get funded, the land purchased, and building underway. We'll have a number of rental applicants already on hand, and give you a short list to meet and assess for suitability. We want long term tenants who will treat the properties like their own.

Business Resources

We provide business cards, email updates of work in progress, and a 12 month rolling plan of developments sites to identify. We also provide a MyRent account as your property management tool when units are rented. You receive a healthy percentage of every development's project management fee, and an ongoing 7% of weekly rent collected. Full franchise documents will be available from mid June, with exclusive agency agreements available prior to that.
