We design and market quality but affordable granny flats and secondary dwellings from our Manawatu hub. We have LBP partners around NZ to build them. We need Assessors to meet onsite with potential clients, and complete a pre-contract checklist and report. We find those prospects with our national marketing, and they will have been quoted and ready to buy when you see them. Once you provide us with a report, we have a process that takes things from there. You receive $1,500 from their deposit, and another $1,500 from their completion payment. We aim for three new visits per week of which one should become a client, so approx 6 hours per week field work.
