We know this sounds too good to be true... and if we have to increase the asking price to be taken seriously, we will in a few weeks time.

In the meantime, we are serious and have a Resort with a full commercial kitchen, a built-in flow of customers, tables, plates, glassware, liquor and food licensing etc ready and waiting for a Lunch thru Dinner operator. Contractually, we have a simple License to Occupy agreement drafted at $500 per week. Spacious living quarters also available.

Kaikoura is a beautiful sought-after place to live and visit, is very under-catered and full of opportunity. The Resort itself is stunning - our main business is accommodation and our fabulous golf course and bar. Food is the big opportunity here - and we don't have the necessary expertise or time. So here we are!

In terms of cuisine, we are open to suggestion - maybe Japanese or Korean - or tapas, Mexican, dumplings, pasta - or something else entirely - what would you do?
