Our Resort is looking for a lunch through dinner restaurant, to serve in-house guests, golfers, locals and tourists. Kaikoura is a beautiful sought-after place to live and visit, is very under-catered and full of opportunity. The Resort itself is stunning - our main business is accommodation and our fabulous golf course and bar. Food is the big opportunity here - and we don't have the necessary expertise or time. So here we are!

In terms of cuisine, we are open to suggestion - maybe Japanese or Korean - or tapas, Mexican, dumplings, pasta - or something else entirely - what would you do?
