Since June 2016, new beds, nets, curtains in all units have be purchased, and there’s new carpet and vinyl in all units, plus a new gas hot water system, water softening equipment, new playground equipment, plus a new BBQ, and generally all units totally upgraded. The guest laundry features a washing machine and drier, with the business working laundry featuring a Maytag washing machine and a Maytag gas dryer. The entire complex exterior was freshly painted in March this year (2020), making it one of the easiest and most ‘move-in-ready’ motel businesses, with little to no maintenance for the new business owner.
