Raceway Trailers was founded in 1986 & due to retirement the current owner is looking at handing the baton on. 

Originally specializing in horse floats, the 'Raceway' name was chosen because of the close proximity to Addington Raceway in Addington, Christchurch. Later, the business commenced construction of light trailers and special one-off type trailers with ratings up to 2500kg.

Their current standard models of hot dipped galvanized finish trailers range from 6' x 4' single axle through to 10' x 5' tandem axle. Also available are Builders Specials, Transporters, Tippers,

Enclosed Models, Special Purpose, Horse Floats, Crates and all repairs, modifications and maintenance.

To date over 300 horse floats and hundreds of trailers have been manufactured to a very high standard of finish. The robust construction of a Raceway trailer is appreciated by many satisfied customers including the likes of Fulton Hogan, Calder Stewart, Titan Cranes, Stratco and Mike Greer Homes
